Sustainable development is a long-term goal of many countries, including Vietnam. But the road to this goal is a long process with many stages, including inclusive growth. Each stage needs assessment and measurement to determine the right solutions and the right direction. This study provides the current world’s approaches when measuring a country's development path in the so-called inclusive growth phase. Practice shows that Vietnam is considered as one of the economies that have done a good job of transforming the growth process to become more inclusive and sustainable than many other developing countries.
